About Me:

I am a Firefighte /Paramedic who was seriously burnt in a house fire on March 29, 2006 while attempting to save a 77 year old woman. I sufferered 3rd and 4th degree burns to37% of my body. The severest leaving all of my fingers on my left hand being amputated and my pinky totally amputated. My head suffered 2nd deree burns and the rest of my body received 1st degree burns. I was left in the fire by my partner but found my way out of the fire and have lived to tell my story. I have had about 60 surgeries and have more sugeries to face.

I always loved the conviction, dedication and respect firefighters had for both the community and for each other. I knew this was my calling and I followed my dream.
