Just wanted to inform you that on August 28, 2008 the NFPA Standards council upheld our entire appeal of the 1971 Committee "formal interpretations" (f/i's) that led to the de-listing of pro-tech 8 gloves earlier this year.
This stunning ruling withdraws the f/i's on the basis of their content and also on the basis of improper Committee procedure in this matter!
The ruling itself will be on our pro-tech8.com web-site shortly.
