Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I have never had the chance in the past to become a firefighter. When the chance was placed before me, I took it. I have alot of years to make up.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
The rush you get when your alarm goes off. The desire to help.

The general public. People who don't respect Fire/Rescue services until they need it.

Yeah know all about busy January. I've got so many reports to put in and I have only a little time to get them in. Chief helps but when you have a busy month and nearly everyone on the department gets sick, its rough!
I had to miss a structure fire this past Sat because I was sick.

Hey Alan, I'm sorry I really meant my Aunt and Uncle. They lived in Winnona Ms. My Aunt is real sick now, blind and is in a nursing home close to there.
So, how is every thing going in those neck of the woods?
