I am not a true Celiac but I am Gluten intolerant. This is new territory for me.

I don't have Celiac, I am Gluten-intolerant. It still stinks though!!!

My wife and daughter are the ones in my family with celiac disease, but I have a lot of insight into it and my wife is a culinary expert with a degree in nutrition. so any food questions feel free to ask!

This is so awesome there's a firefighter Celiac group. Granted there's only 3 in here but its great. I was diagnosed with Celiacs in 2003 and finally went Gluten Free 2 years ago. Night and day difference, however, it does suck after fires when the Chief orders a bunch of pizza and I must painfully decline...

well i don't have celiac but my 3 yr old son does and me 12 yr old nephew does. it sucks
