Great Job by the FF not the IC on this one. If anyone thinks that the IC was in the right position, you should turn in your badge and either retire or quit the job. The IC has no idea where the fire is located what the building looks like or what his men are doing. I also noticed that the %" on the ground was never charged. The fire service has to look at what it is doing and quite looking at some BS coming from an old chief from the Souythwest. This was a job done by the members not the IC.

Great job by all involved! the key word here is DISCIPLINE! Everyone involved was disciplined enough to do their job without freelancing and when all the team members work together great things can happen. the Battalion Chief is a true Command Officer and set the tone and pace of the incident. The keyword with him is PROFESSIONALISM! His professionalism is what allowed him to trust his people and stay calm anf he was situationally aware of everything that was going on. Great Job!

Great job by the Fire Attack group, for not blasting the front room. (victim reported in back bedroom)
Great decision making, situational awareness, communication, and discipline by the Officers and crews.
By the way the victim that was rescued, is alive and well today.
Chief Kastros came to Clark County, Las Vegas and presented this Fire Problem a few months ago. Great Job.
See you here in Vegas in his class with Chief Hadfield in April.

April 13 thru 14th: Clark County, NV.:
"The Cutting Edge Command Officer" (With Chief Andoni Kastros)

Awesome job by the chief, and crews on scene. Command was completely calm, and professional while having to deal not only with 2 fires at the same time, but a confirmed entrapment. AMAZING!
