 I'm glad you enjoyed the video. It is amazing how you can set the example and not even know it. If you to search for more videos like that one you can go to ted.com. I really enjoy the talks they have. Stay safe and thanks for paying attention, someone there wont lose their lid now : )

I enjoyed this very much. This is so true. I started a bad habit of wearing my chin strap around the back of my helmet on fire calls. I noticed that two or three of my Firefighters were doing the same thing After I did.  I took my strap down and started wearing it in a correct way. And without saying anything they did to. We must always be on our toes. Adults or like children they watch and do what we do. So we must always be correct in what we do to be a good Leader.
