Des pompiers ont été observés pratiquer le RCR sur la victime alors que d'autres membres du SIM et de US transportaient la civière vers une ambulance. L'homme a été transporté à l'hopital où son décès a été constaté. Un pompier du SIM a souffert de blessûres ne mettant pas sa vie en danger.<br /> <br /> At 6h30 this morning a fire left one person dead at the corner of Decelles and Appleton in the Cote-des-Neiges suburb of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Fire crews responded to the call this morning before raising the incident to a second alarm. A man in his sixties was located inside the residential building. He was transported outside where first aid was administered. Firemen were seen performing CPR on the victim while other crews carried the stretcher to an ambulance. The victim suffered heavy burns among other fatal injuries. He was declared dead in hospital after his arrival. A fireman from the SIM suffered non life-threatening injuries. A safety perimeter was setup and investigators were called in.
