I have trained with District #4's fire dept. They started a cadet program two years ago and im about to finish highschool. Soon i will be going to Hutchinson Community College in Hutchinson, Kansas. Then hopefully either join a hotshot crew, or join RIT.

Some of the big issues i know about is lack of knowledge. Sometimes the information doesnt get out quick enough for first responders, and things can go down hill fast.
