- Why I Joined Fire/EMS
- Always had the interest since I was young, so when I turned 14 I joined my local dept. as a junior FF, and have been running ever since.

- The adrenaline rush, and the feeling of helping people when they need it the most

- Lack of new members, lack of funding, Accountability and safety, and upgraded levels of training required by law.
