I used to lift when I was younger, but growing up I was a bit hard on my body and I'm paying for it now. Can't lift any where near what I once was capable of doing. But I still stay active with the sport-more so as a spectator and assisting the younger guys on my department with their lifting. I'm also the PT for my department. I would be interested in hearing what you do for your workouts.

It was a beautiful day here. I had CBRNE Training this morning at our local hospital then worked in the yard the rest of the day.
No calls for us today, which I'm surprised since it was hot.
