Hey Leola, Rescue 51 runs out of Star Fire in Star Idaho... did you know that? We enjoyed photos of your apparatus. Thanks for a look back in time... Fire Buff
Hi from So OR, You must like the cold. haha. I also saw your post on the OR site and think since you were born in OR you will always be an Oregonian at heart.
I saw your post in the Oregon Fire & EMS group. Not much has been posted in there since I joined but I would say anyone with Oregon ties should be able to be a member but I am not the group creator. Anyhow I see you were a volunteer in Ione Oregon, I know one of the volunteers currently there.
Silly me, I had read one of your comments and Bakersfield stuck in my head. My bad! Well, anyways, I hope Montana is sunny nonetheless.
As for Bill, I haven't seen him around much lately. Don said he has a "significant other" in his life and for some strange reason, he just doesn't spend as much time around the station as he used to. Imagine that? lol
Stay safe!
Hi there! Yeah, life gets busy and time passes all too quickly sometimes. I apologize for not being around here much also. I hope life is treating you well in sunny CA!
Nice to see a fellow Montana Firefighter! I started a group called Firefighters of Montana, thought it would be fun to get to know the other locals ;) Come join?
I saw Bill and Don just last night at training. I agree, their both good guys. Bill's done a lot of our radio work and I kid with Don about being on my cell phone's speed dial. He's helped me out immensely since I was promoted to Chief last year.
Hi there!
Yes, I work very closely with EURFPD in fact, I'll be taking my guys over there for training tonight. Was Don Jackson Chief when you were there. What about Ron Kelmer? He just retired the first of this year. How long were you on the dept. when you lived here? Are you liking Dillon? Well, it was good to hear from you. Stay safe!
