thanks for the input, yes the call really happened and when the Captain who ran the call told me the story, he cried, no one wants to get there guys hurt and he felt responsible, as mentioned, you don't use the ERG for something that behaves like a fixed facility incident. Does that system displace the oxygen? Is is safe to activate if someone is in side that we cant get to. I know by then I have to make a command decission. Which will be to deploy the fit if i can get to the person with a hard line.

I seen the video on the FIT5 how much does one of those cost. We are thinking about getting two and having the insurance co pay if we use them.
