I know you replied to my recent post about the rookie book, have you seen it anywhere? I had replied this morning and just went to see a response from Norm and I can not find it anywhere.
If you are able to find it can you send me the link to it?
Thank you sir, and again thank you for your reply. I appreciated the insight
Hello John, I saw your reply to the "Good Ole Boys" topic and wanted to ask you, how you feel in regards to me when you see my info and discussions? Just curious, I am always looking to improve myself and I actully respect the opinions of people like you who have experience in the field.
Can't remember if I told you this but Oshkosh/Pierce didn't win the bid so I won't be headed back your way for awhile....we'll be getting a Rosenbauer instead (sigh).
Thanks, that is interesting. I will admit I have been around for a while but when I was hired we had 17 engines and 6 trucks, a rescue and an ambulance, 87 on duty. We now have 13 engines, 3 trucks and a rescue with 56 on duty. That is while going from 6,000 calls a year (for the whole department) in 1978 to 32,000 last year. More with less, we are severely short handed.
also mean to say sorry for last forum and i hope we may go past that sir but i won't pass it and not forget it i will keep it in mind and not do the same mistake
don't want to take up forum space so i'll comment on your reply

I hope that all is well in Cheese Head-ville. I hope that the pharmacies were well stocked with anti-depressants after another loss to my Vikes this year. Thanks again for the Thumb.

Hey John, Thanks for your reply on my post regarding RIT or ON Deck. It really made an impression on me. We don't do enough training on Mayday or RIT and we should. Thanks again, Paul
