as a former member of an arson task force i can see where you're comming from. We had one member of the task force setting fires to fight them (not a john orr type) he was just in a slow department looking to fight fire and decided to set his own. I was not in a leadership position at that time but i did feel dirty as if the entire unit was smeared.
