About Me:: I am a 23 year old country boy from West Virginia. Graduate of Marshall University in December 2008. I have a nack for fire investigation and also any type of rescue, plus flat out fighting fire. I am single, so i spend alot of time at the firehouse. I run 70% of the calls that do come threw our station, if i am not at work, im at the firehouse...I am the training officer, which I try and set of classes for my guys atleast once a month. I have a helmet camera so there will be videos put on here from time to time..

Day Job:: Trying to find a career job now, looking into the fire departments and police...

Why I Joined Fire/EMS: When as a child you are breast fed on the back of a engine, you watch your dad, uncle, mom, and cousins all gear up and go down the road in the big red engine. You tend to find that firefighting runs in your blood... I watched my dad and wanted to be beside him on a attack line so I followed in his footsteps

Why I Love Fire/EMS: my best friends are beside me when we go into any situation, family is also in it.

Top Issues Facing Responders:: People who join and believe they know everything...people that settle for enough training to get by, and the health of firefighters...
