I have been on the job for 30 years and would not do anything else. I am a Captain of a Tower Ladder.
Before going to the TL I was a Capt of an engine co.in one of our busiest engines.
I Still believe that no matter how many years of experince that you have you must still train to keep up your skills. Pass your knowledge and love of the job on to our new people.
