Wanted to help my community and then my parents became ill so I became involved in EMS.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Staffing/Volunteers, added pressures for training limiting the amount of persons who have time to volunteer for less aggressive positions. Those involved in aggressive aspects definitely need training.
