I do something that makes a difference, and every little boy watches a fire engine go screaming by and wants to be a fireman. Some grow up.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
Proper training for small departments who may face the same hazards as a bigger, better equipped, and better trained department--often miles away from the 2nd in engine company.
