From the sounds of it, Montana has had a light wildland fire season so far. But, I've been in Oregon/California for the summer visiting home and doing an internship (I'm a physics major), so I haven't been around to really see how the fire situation is. It's been hard to be away from the fire (fire dept. in the school year, working on a wildland crew in the summer), but I needed some real science experience.
How bad are things in Idaho?
