A perspective of the drama when fire happens in a subdivision annex. This was when a cargo plane crashed in Better Living Subd., Parañaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines in 10 December 2011. 15 people including the pilot and co-pilot were killed. The plane crashed in a squatters' area which also burned several homes and a large part of a public elementary school. I was there as part of our Cobra Communications and Assistance Group to control the area.
