    thanks for the friend request I gladly accept ,,, But bad move on your part, now your gonna have to write now and then, helps me remember who you are (sucks gettin old) ,,,  write anything, tell me about the day, the kids (nice looking kids by the way) a good joke or that date that went horribly wrong lol ,,,  work oh ya that too, sometimes it's nice to get someone else's opinion ,,, work hard (smart), train harder and play harder than that ,,, 
     
    at the end, one shouldn't arrive at the grave in a well preserved body, one should skid in sideways, knees bleeding, totally worn out, shouting "Holy shit what a ride !" Lets do it again !
