Top Issues Facing Responders:: What do i think the top issues facing responders is the lack of funding in most of the area where i live there are only 3 paid deptartments within 20 mile of where i live and my dept is a tax district the rising fuel costs are a big concern for us right now we are a strictly volunteer dept yes the grants are there it is just difficult to get them
