Why I Joined Fire/EMS: It's kind of a family thing. My grandfather was involved in a volunteer dept. in Tennessee, my parents were volunteer firefighters and EMT's in Blasdell, New York, I have an Uncle in Florida who is a firefighter, my husband is on the same dept. as me among other family members. Last but not least I love to help others in there time of need!
