Why I Love Fire/EMS

I still love the rush of going to a call, the excitement of going into a fire, or running a rescue, and being a part of an organization dedicated to helping others.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Keeping up on continual changes within the fire service, especially state and federal regulation that put extra strains on volunteer fire departments.

Of course, funding issues to keep the departments up to date with regard to training and equipment to meet the ever changing regulations.
