All the children of the neighborhood whose faces light up when they see us coming down the road or walking into their school

Top Issues Facing Responders:

lack of proper equipment and proper training excersies (at firehouse not academy)
lack of communication
towns and cities that dont appriciate what is done by emergency response members and the dangers and perils they face on a daily basis.....therefore the municipality not caring about those who keep the town or city safe
