About Me:

I am a two time cancer survivor and 12+ year Volunteer Firefighter.

In 2003 I was diagnosed with a grade 2 Astrocytoma (brain tumor) and underwent surgery to have it removed.

Almost 2 years to the day, I was told that the tumor had returned and once again underwent surgery.

I have fairly good insurance coverage but it only goes so far. I have to make a trip to the Cleveland Clinic every 3 months for an MRI to see if the tumor has returned. My insurance only pays 80% of the MRI, leaving me with the remaining that I have to pay out of pocket (about $2000 each time).

Needless to say, I simply can not keep up with the medical bills and am slowly falling further and further behind.

I decided to put my photography and graphics artistic talent to use and open an online store. I have put up this MySpace page to help spread the word about my online store so that I can make more sales. All of the profits go towards my ever mounting medical expenses.

I will also be announcing new products as they become available here!

Please, take a look at http://www.myfireart.com and if you see something you like, buy it... or if you see something that someone else might like, please let them know about it.

Thanks for looking!

I too have battled cancer. I was diagnosed with malignant kidney cancer in April 2007. The day the Doctor told my wife and me the news; life would never be the same. Thanks for saying what is hard for most of us to admit. We are human and not invincible. God bless, Mike
