Why I Love Fire/EMS
Going on calls whether its a fire a car crash or a lock-out. I love to go and do what needs to be done to help someone in their time of need.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
In my area the main issue is lack of manpower, and having to fight fires short-handed almost all the time. The other issue is training, most of our volunteers won't commit to training even just one night a month.
