Why I Joined Fire/EMS
Was always interested in volunteering in my community. After moving into town, everytime I passed the station I wondered about being a firefighter. After 9/11, what else was there to do?
Why I Love Fire/EMS
being where I need to be when I need to be there to do the most good.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
Safety of our brothers and sisters; meeting evolving national standards and increasing local regulations; and, the need for funding.
