Why I Joined Fire/EMS
There is a long tradition of firefighting in my family. I'm sure my father was upset when he had two daughters, because at the time when I was born, there was no such thing as a female firefighter. Well now there is. And I can tell that my daddy is so proud of his little girl!
Why I Love Fire/EMS
...fighting fire!
Top Issues Facing Responders:
SAFETY! Way too many firefighters are dying on the job/on the way to the job for preventable reason.
