Why I Joined Fire/EMS
Love the action, but most of all helping people. It's an awesome feeling. My great uncle was a Fire Lt. for the Chicago Fire Dept. He made a huge impact on me and my family. Being a firefighter is the greatest calling in life. It makes you look at things differently

    I have to tell all that read this, Andrea is one of the finest firefighters I have ever had the privilage of knowing. I'm not saying that because she is a woman, or cause she works with me but because it's the truth. She has no problem going into a full blown RIPPA' (mass term-lol), MVA, or even a green pile of ooze spilled from some truck. My helmet is off to you sister, keep up the good work!!!
