Why I Joined Fire/EMS: Started out in the Emergency Center as a secretary as I went to school and then I joined a Volunteer Fire Department as a Fire Fighter amd a First Responer. I start my advanced EMT-IV class in August and will graduate in December.
Why I Love Fire/EMS: REALLY MAKING A DIFFERENCE TO SOMEONE.

Hey I am considering moving to the Chattanoga area from the Dalton area. Is your dept. located close to the Hixson area? I'm currently an Firefighter/EMT and am looking to go to paramedic school in the near future. In TN, do you know to what level an EMT is allowed to practice with a volunteer fire dept.?
