About Me:
Hey I'm Adam. I just moved to SW Florida from northern IL, finally got my paramedic license down here, and can finally start testing again! I'm working at the trauma center at the moment, primarily because they didn't require me to have a license when I started there. Hopefully I can meet a few people on here from this area who can give me a few pointers, or meet up with people from home to shoot the shit. If you fit into either one of these categories, or neither for that matter, give me a buzz and say hello.

Howdy from Santa Barbara! I have a favor to ask you without knowing you yet. I've been reading the Doc Ford books by Randy White. Blew my knee out on a brush fire, had the surgery and have been spending time reading to pass the time... it sucks. However, as I've reading the books, they describe mangrove trees, Calusa indian shell mounds with houses on top of them, stilt houses along the coast and tarpon fish. Do you by chance have pictures of any of the above? I'd be more than happy to trade you stuff, be your best friend, bait your hooks, whatever... I just wanted to have a better feel for where you live. The books focus on Sanibel Island and a place called Dinkin's Bay. Not sure if it's real. I think they may have built a restaurant called Doc Ford's but I'm not totally sure. I'm hoping to travel out your way with my family, hopefully by next summer to check out the area myself. Hope this isn't too imposing. I figured that I would have the chance to take you out to lunch and have some conch salad, what ever that is... : D Stay safe brother, Mike in Santa Barbara
