FF in WA Sate. There are not any RNMC chapters here. Thinking of starting a chapter here. I read through all of the by-laws and such. It seems and little too complicated and formal. Can you shed any light on how to start a chapter and the work involved. We have close to 60 riders between 7 departments here. I'm sure there would be more
