    Hi Jeff, thanks for stopping by. Sorry this reply took so long its our busy season here in Barbados.

    Regarding your comment about the SCBA, please note that they were two persons on scene wearing SCBA. There others in the photo were not, we are experiencing a shortage at the moment in the department. But your concern is shared by others regarding this situation.
