My Training:

In my earlier years prior to the implementation of such things as essentials of firefighting etc. various all inclusive county & state run fire schools covering all aspects of firefighting. more recently I've been disabled I have assummed an in station support role helping with rehab when necessary and whatever else needs to be done in support of the crews on scene at an emergency.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Physical fitness and cardiovascular conditioning. Especially in he volunteer sector. We need a program to assist volunteer companies in obtaining annual or semi-annual physicals to ensure their ability to perform the duties required of their positions and when necessary access to fitness centers to aid in maintaining their physical readness.
