Kia Ora Stan, nice to hear from you. I am a rurual boy at heart, but I am located now in Christchurch City, New Zealand. Im not sure weather you got to hear the story about the February earthquake, where we lost 180 to it. Its the biggest city in the South Island with around 400,000 residents, only a blip compared to the population of some of your cities.

32 years that is some Career and lots of stories in between, well done, if I had my time over again, I would have joined the Fire Service not as a volunteer but rather a fulltime paid member....having said that I do enjoy my volunteer role as a FF and this also includes USAR-Urban Search & Rescue. Ok Stan Im off to hit the sack....have a fab weekend and be safe as always.
