About Me:
We are a combination department, 3 full time personnel and a full time inspector and approximately 40 part timers, the part time personnel work 8 hour shifts with one of the full timers as the shift leader. I am a Lieutenant with the department.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I got into the fire service through the Explorer program that my department was part of, it was a split post between Police and Fire and the fire side intrigued me so when I turned 18 I joined.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
The most obvious answer is to help people but there is also the comeraderie that exists between those of us in the public safety sector.
