Why I Joined Fire/EMS: I became a firefighter back in Wayne, NJ, because I was asked by my father in law to join the department, I served with the Wayne Fire Dept. for 2 years. I moved to Colorado and became a firefighter with the Edgewater Fire Dept. and served for 23 years. I
