Why I Joined Fire/EMS: My older cousins got me involved. I started as firefighter explorer, junior then became regular member at 18. At thirty I made it a career and have been on the job for 3 years. My dept has about 100 92 line and 8 staff positions. 5 Stations.

Top Issues Facing Responders:: Always safety and what modern technology is bringing to fire and ems making our jobs easier and safe, Training is a must.
