I joined the fire service because of self gratification in helping people in need and educating people to prevent accidents.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
Extremely rewarding at the end of the day.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
Keeping up with the game. Not loosing the edge that is created by hard training and CE. When call volume goes down then training should pick up.
