Why I Joined Fire/EMS: I joined the fire hall when I was 14 because my father has been in the fire department since he was in his early twenties and he thought it would keep me busy and out of trouble. I have stuck through ever since.
Why I Love Fire/EMS: I love to help others who are in need.
Top Issues Facing Responders:: I know for me being a women I have had alot of problems with older guys thinking that its no place for a women. The way I look at it is I can do it just as good as a man. Also we dont get alot of respect for what we do untill people need us.
