About Me:
I have served as Treasurer of Milton Engine Co. No. 1 for 20 years, from 1974-1994. I was a Senior Emergency Services Dispatcher with Ulster County Bureau Of Fire at Ulster County Fire Control (Now Ulster 911 Kingston, N.Y.) from 1976-1983. My Dispatcher Number was 56-18. I am an Honorably Discharged U.S. Coast Guard Veteran, serving from 1966-1970. I have received much valuable firefighting training there, through firefighting schools attended in Little Creek, Va. & the Philadelphia Navy Yard. Also aboard ship drills, training, & fighting actual fires.
I enjoy keeping abreast of current events and other fire service news. I also enjoy the camaraderie and sharing with other firefighters.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
I have been involved in the fire service for 40 years. I belong to a great fire department, and it has been a great honor to be able to serve my community through this wonderful organization.
