I do this so i can give back to the comunity & help others, My family is in Emergancy Services, I just dont get paid to do the same things they do.

    Hey Kieth, Brian from Carlisle FD,

    Just saw your topic about young officers and wanted to tell you I agree 100% with you.  They are too young today and too cocky too, fresh out of firefighter 1 they come charging into the dept and expect respect and an office...its bad I know.  Some depts like ours though dont have enough people to field all offices, like us, we had 2 captains that were voted in and then took Firefighter 1, now, they are running for asst chief spots!!!  I cant believe it either brother, guess we can only hope for the best and save them when they get into trouble because thats what brothers do.
