About Me:
I'm a 3rd generation FF, 3 of 4 brothers are professional FF in Loveland and Goshen OH. At one time all 4 brothers, 1 sister and my parents were volunteers in Oh. My father is still an active FF in Goshen Oh. We use to fill the first engine out of the station. I have been around the fire service all my life and cannot get enough of it. I spent 20 years in the Navy and taught shipboard firefighting during that time. I now have a chance to pass on some of the firefighting traditions to our junior dept in Wakefield VA.
Day Job:
US Navy Shipboard Firefighting systems Inspector

Married
Why I Joined Fire/EMS
My whole family has been involved with the fire service for years. Filling out an application in the 70’s to be a member of the Goshen Ohio Volunteer Fire department Cadets was the beginning of the greatest adventure of my life. The pride, dedication, and commitment to help others in their time of need. The fire service is a part of America history and I am grateful to be a small part of it.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
Honor, Traditions, Brotherhood, Challenge, Excitement, Helping other, and of course, the trill of FIGHTING FIRES.
