    Kitty, I have been with this Department my whole career-28 years. Started out as a Volunteer and in 92 was given the Chiefs position first as a Volunteer Chief then a year latter moved to a Full time paid Chief. Love every minute of it. However, the BS is starting to wear on me with budgets and politics. I have 3 more years until I can bail out. Hope I dont stuff my fist down some Council members face before I jump off. All in all its been a great ride. Good luck to you on your opportunity. I hope for the best for you Kitty.
