    Hedley, in response to your question to me about how do we raise funds to purchase vehicles? We are part of the City of Brookings. We budget 36000 per year to set aside for the truck purchases. We had 180,000 in reserve and so we acquired a local loan that will be paid by the annual amount we have budgeted. We do not seek funds from our community other then taxes.
