Why I Joined Fire/EMS
Lifelong dream of being a firefighter. My uncle was a volunteer fire chief in Marmet, WV for over 20 years. My father was a Driver/Engineer on the DuPont Fire Dept. in Belle, WV for over 25 years. I joined the DuPont Belle Works Fire Dept. in February of 1978. Currently Chief of the DuPont Fire Department at the Memphis, TN plant as well as a Captain on the Munford, TN municipal Fire Department
