Well I have my dream job, full time paid firefighter.... I have worked hard to come up through the volunteer ranks in my departments and tried to do the best I can.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS
At first I got in the fire service just to have something to do, and I got addicted. I got to love helping people, the rush, the brother and sister hood, and I loved the sense of accomplishment.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
Just being able to make sense out of chaos.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
I feel the top issues are being able to recruit new quality members and training that is more than just a repeat of the same basic drills.
