Anticipation, while traveling to an alarm in my gear and preparing to help a situation.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

The public not really understanding the fire service. A good PR campaign to inform, not just fire prevention and what the public should do(which is terrific), but add how we train, work, train again, equipment we use, some fire-behaviour, and etc.
