    ice water training is were we train our self to get ready to go into ice cold water or water thats frozen that way when some falls in or an animal or something ill put some pics up here later my phone is broke right now so ya

    Hey there, Was in Santa Monica last thursday and called the main office to see if yhou were working, thought I would drop by. But found out you were off. Went to the beach next to SM pier gave the girl in the 1st station a magazine with your name on it. Ended up playing EMT with her with some tourists and some little kids. We has to use my first aid kit since she was out of bandaid and iodine. The Super in the truck came by and I introduced myself and said I knew you from FFN. So I hope you got the EMS magazine I left for you. Hope your family and you r doing well. Take care will try and see on my next visit to LA from Vegas. Take care be safe Brenda
